The current Delhi Head Mr. Prem Kumar guided the session with insights on the Foundation’s ongoing projects and expectations from new team members.

Team member Abhijeet Mondal and Public Relations Representative Mr. Alok Shandilya played a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process and addressing queries from the new volunteers. Most notably, the session was graced by the Foundation’s visionary Founder, Mr. Sandy Khanda, who shared the journey of the Green Pencil Foundation and emphasized the importance of youth participation in social causes such as menstrual hygiene, climate action, and inclusive education.

The induction was designed to familiarize the new volunteers with the Foundation’s core values, active initiatives like Periods of Pride, Climate Chaupal, Slum to School, and Freedom From Pollution, and the expectations from each volunteer as they step into their roles as changemakers.

“We are not just welcoming volunteers, we are welcoming future leaders who will drive the change our society desperately needs,” said Mr. Sandy Khanda during the session.

With the successful onboarding of passionate young individuals, the Green Pencil Foundation continues its mission to empower communities through awareness, education, and grassroots action. The energy and enthusiasm of these new volunteers promise a brighter, more sustainable future for all.
