Who We Are

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

Why Is It Relevant?

Menstrual hygiene education is vital for the health, dignity, and empowerment of women and girls. In many communities, the lack of access to information and resources has brought up unhealthy practices. It perpetuates stigma and hinders educational and personal development.

Our campaign improves menstrual health by promoting gender equality and social change. Educated and empowered girls are strong enough to face the challenges of menstruation and advocate for their rights.

Education is a Requirement!

Our mission is to light up the path to education for every child as it’s the ultimate weapon for success in the future. It opens doors to countless opportunities. Our group has pledged to provide impactful educational solutions. We want to create a society with high literacy rates among children.

The symbol of the Green Pencil Foundation is a “pencil.’ It’s a reflection of our efforts to lighten underprivileged children across parts of India. With our educational initiatives, individuals can prepare for a better future.

Our Vision

A place where every child has access to quality education – that doesn’t come at a huge cost is our desire. In short, our vision is to create better opportunities for the upcoming generations. With our continuous efforts to remove barriers, and expand opportunities, we aim to make sure that every child can reach their best potential. Every child is a dream – and a hope!

Our Initiatives

  • Providing Access to Quality Education: To make sure that every child has access to essential learning resources and a conducive environment where he can explore himself. A place where children can grow both academically and intellectually.
  • Facilities: Providing required learning materials such as textbooks, and stationery, to improve the learning efforts.
  • Skills Training: Setting up programs that build practical skills and soft skills necessary for personal and professional growth. Arranging training programs that teach helpful technical skills to make students self-dependent.
  • Soft Skills Workshops: Conduct workshops on leadership, and teamwork to develop critical thinking. This helps in building well-rounded personalities in children.

Why Education Matters?

In many parts of the World, particularly in the underprivileged areas of India, children are not even near education. Numerous hurdles in their path hinder their growth. Our initiative talks about these critical requirements.

Personal Development

Education paves the way for personal growth by adding to the knowledge and skills. It opens minds for critical thinking which in turn leads to problem-solving abilities. Educated children are self-aware and understand the world around them in a better way.

Decrease Poverty Levels

Less than 50% of children in India go to school. Educated individuals can get jobs based on their level of knowledge. Access to education can provide children the opportunity to build a better future for the people around them.

Quality of Life

Education is linked with higher earning possibilities and this would bring up a higher standard of living for people.

Future Leaders

Investing in education would make our children knowledgeable professionals who can lead the communities toward better lives.

Health

Education is correlated with healthy lifestyles as knowledge of the impact of eating behaviors would result in better eating practices.
